1. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the website www.localpickins.com, its associated sub-pages, and our mobile applications (the “Services”). We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily      give us via the sign-up process, your email(s) to us, or other direct contact from you, so if at              anytime there is information that you do not want to share with us, please do not do so or please        cease using the Services.

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Local Pickins or our assets to another                organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy,                    dissolution, or liquidation), your information such as name and email address, and any other              information collected through your use of the Services may be among the items sold or                      transferred. You will always continue to own your personal information. Any buyer or other                transferee will continue to honor these commitments in this Privacy Policy.

The Services and its content are not designed or directed towards children under the age of 13. In the event we have accidentally collected the information of an individual under the age of 13 with parental consent, we will delete such information as soon as possible.
